For Use of the Stoorez Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Host", "Seeker") and Stoorez Innovations Private Limited ("Stoorez", "we", "our", or "us").
Stoorez operates an online, app-based platform that facilitates the discovery, booking, agreement, and payment for two main categories:
- Storage Services: Neighborhood Storage, Small Business Storage, and B2B Storage
- Parking Services: Neighborhood Parking and Commercial Parking
By accessing or using any part of Stoorez (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by:
- These Terms
- Privacy Policy
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Community Guidelines
- Price terms at the time of booking
- Any applicable law, regulation, or circular from a competent regulatory authority.
Stoorez is a technology-driven marketplace intermediary as per Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000. Stoorez does not own or manage any listed storage or parking property.
Stoorez does NOT act as:
- Landlord
- Real estate agent
- Warehousing company
- Parking aggregator
- Packers and Movers aggregator
- Legal representative
Our platform enables Hosts to list unused spaces and allows Seekers to find and book Storage (Neighborhood, Small Business, B2B) or Parking (Neighborhood, Commercial) spaces for defined periods.

| Stored Goods | Belongings kept inside a storage unit during a valid booking period. |
| Vehicle | A legally registered and insured automobile (with valid PUC), parked temporarily via a booking. |
| Booking | A digitally executed reservation of storage or parking space by a Seeker. |
| Agreement | This entire document (Terms), bookings, proof of payment, platform policies, notices, and communications. |
To use Stoorez, you must:
- Be 18 years or older and legally competent.
- Register using valid documentation for your intended use:
- PAN, Aadhaar, Driving License, or Passport for individuals
- GSTIN, Incorporation Certificate for businesses (Small Business Storage, B2B Storage)
- Vehicle RC, valid insurance, and PUC for Parking
- Be the lawful owner, lessee, or have the authority to control and list the space.
Stoorez reserves the right to:
- Conduct KYC validation and address verification
- Deactivate or terminate accounts in case of suspected fraud, impersonation, or breach of law
5.1 Listing Standards
Hosts must:
- Ensure space is safe, legal, clean, accessible, and owned/controlled by them.
- Only list spaces that are:
- Free from disputes, encumbrances, and encroachments
- Not subject to litigation
- Approved under all relevant local municipal, MHADA, RERA, society, or building norms for storage or parking use
- Use Stoorez-provided tools for:
- Photos
- Access hours
- Location pins
- Usage restrictions
Misleading listings can result in penalties or account suspension.
5.11 Incidental Mixed-Use Limits
Hosts listing a portion of their residential property for storage (Neighborhood, Small Business, B2B Storage) or parking (Neighborhood Parking) must ensure that such non-residential use does not exceed the following built-up area thresholds, as per Model Building Bye-Laws 2016 and local regulations:
- Primary Residential zones: No more than 25% of the total built-up area or 50 m² (whichever is less)
- Mixed Residential zones: No more than 50% of the ground-floor covered area or 50 m² (whichever is less)
Hosts are responsible for verifying that their mixed-use allocation complies with municipal, society/RWA, and RERA requirements. This clause regarding permissible partial use of residential properties for storage or parking spaces applies only if and where expressly permitted under local law or notified by the relevant municipal authority for the activity in question. If such incidental use rules do not apply to storage or parking, Hosts are responsible for securing all commercial permissions and shall not consider this clause as a legal exemption.
5.12 Host Responsibility for Permissions and Legal Compliance
Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring that the listing, offering, and use of any storage or parking space through the Stoorez Platform fully complies with all applicable laws, zoning regulations, municipal codes, society or RWA rules, RERA requirements, and any other relevant legal or administrative standards. This includes (but is not limited to) obtaining any and all permissions, licenses, authorizations, trade or storage licenses, Change of Land Use (CLU) certificates, and No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) from municipal authorities, housing societies, Apartment Associations, or other regulators as may be legally required prior to listing their space or accepting bookings.
Stoorez does not independently verify or guarantee the legal status or compliance of any listed space, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to a Host's failure to obtain necessary permissions. In the event of any notice, penalty, legal action, or closure arising from non-compliance, the Host will be solely liable, will indemnify Stoorez against all resulting costs or damages, and Stoorez may immediately delist the non-compliant property.
5.2 Space Types

Seekers must:
- Use storage or parking spaces strictly according to the stated purpose and permitted category (Neighborhood Storage, Small Business Storage, B2B Storage, Neighborhood Parking, Commercial Parking).
- Keep contact details updated.
- Not overload or overstay the premises.
- Remove stored goods or vehicles promptly at the end of booking.
By booking you agree to:
- Operate within the defined physical limits of the space.
- Return the space in the condition originally received.
- Maintain a hygienic, noise-free, and non-disturbing experience for Hosts and neighbors.
- For parking: Vehicle must be registered in your name or have required authorization; all documents and insurance should be onboard.
7.1 Prohibited Stored Goods
No storage of:
- Inflammables, explosives, solvents, pressurized containers
- Narcotic substances
- Arms or ammunition
- Food, perishables, live plants/animals
- Biohazards, batteries, e-waste, or medical waste
- Cash, currency, gold, securities, gems
- Pornographic content
- Stolen, smuggled, or unapproved commercial goods
7.2 Parking Restrictions
No:
- Vehicle residence/sleeping/squatting
- Large-scale commercial fleet parking (unless booked under Commercial Parking by authorized businesses)
- Illegal modifications, fuel usage, or battery tampering
- Abandonment of vehicles (flat tyres, expired documents)
Violation leads to cancellation (no refund), account ban, and/or referral to law enforcement.
- All bookings are prepaid via Stoorez App or www.stoorez.com
- Prices include GST, platform and usage fees
- No off-platform transactions permitted
- Automated invoices and payment receipts provided
Billing Compliance:
GST and TDS as per applicable law. Hosts must declare income and file corresponding taxes.

- Reminders issued via email/SMS/app
- Rebooking extension available in-app
- Overuse charges apply per day/hour
- After 72 hours of non-removal:
- Legal process or police report may be initiated
- Host or Stoorez may arrange item/vehicle removal at Seeker's cost
- Seeker responsible for damages/costs
- Stoorez provides no insurance for stored goods or parked vehicles.
- User bears risk (fire, water, flood, theft, pest, or natural calamity).
- Hosts must confirm with their insurer before listing.
- Seekers are encouraged to independently insure goods or vehicles.
Stoorez is not liable for:
- Host–Seeker disputes
- Loss, damage, theft, or force majeure events
- Vehicle regulatory penalties or statutory violations
Maximum liability is the lesser of INR 8,000 or total service fees paid in the prior 3 months.
Users agree to indemnify Stoorez from any legal demand, third-party claim, government penalty, loss, cost, or lawsuit from:
- Breach of these terms
- Illegal storage or parking
- Violation of regulations or third-party injury/property/legal disputes
- Guarded under Information Technology Act (2000) and Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023)
- KYC, payment data, booking logs, and location metadata are stored for compliance and security
- Stoorez never sells or trades user data
- Users may request data access, correction, or erasure (subject to legal limits)
Stoorez may suspend accounts for:
- Misuse or misrepresentation of listings
- Violation of laws or these Terms
- Off-platform payment or communication
- Unsafe or abusive conduct to any party
Deleted accounts are not restorable.
- Initial disputes via in-app chat/support@stoorez.com
- Failing amicable resolution: Arbitration (Hyderabad, as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English)
- Users may alternatively approach the District Consumer Forum (Consumer Protection Act, 2019)
- Exclusively governed by the laws of the Republic of India
- Severability applies; invalidity of one provision does not affect the rest
- Terms may be updated at any time, with or without prior notice
- Notification will occur via email or in-app message
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
By using Stoorez, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms of Use in full. Violation may result in:
- Service denial
- Legal penalties
- Platform suspension
- Reporting to authorities
