- Listing Data (Hosts): Property details, photographs, usage permissions, society NOC where applicable.
- Vehicle Data (For Parking): Vehicle registration (RC), insurance, PUC, type.

- Device Data: IP address, browser/OS, device identifiers, language/locale.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, bookings/search history, access and log-in logs, cookies.
- Location Data: Approximate or precise geolocation from your device/browser (with permission).
2.3. Transaction Data
- Payment information (UPI/credit/debit card or bank info – processed via PCI DSS-compliant payment partners).
- Booking records, invoices, receipts, amounts transacted.
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud (KYC/AML checks).
- To process bookings, manage listings, and facilitate digital payments.

- With verified Hosts/Seekers you transact with (to enable bookings and access).

- All data is stored on secure servers within India, hosted with reputable providers compliant with Indian data localization rules.
