These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") ensure the Stoorez platform is safe, trustworthy, and beneficial for all. They apply to every interaction, booking, listing, message, and communication on the platform by Hosts, Seekers, and third parties.
Stoorez operates an online, app-based platform that facilitates the discovery, booking, agreement, and payment for two main categories:
- Storage Services: Neighborhood Storage, Small Business Storage, and B2B Storage
- Parking Services: Neighborhood Parking and Commercial Parking
- Trust & Transparency: Honesty and openness in your identity, listings, and communications.
- Safety First: Adherence to all safety norms,physical, property, and personal.
- Legal Compliance: Strict observance of Indian law, municipal, and community regulations.
- Respect for People & Property: Courtesy, privacy, and consideration for all users and their assets.
- Accountability: Taking prompt responsibility for your actions, damages, and compliance.
3.1. General Behavior
- Treat all users (Hosts, Seekers, staff, society members) with courtesy and respect.
- No harassment, discrimination, threats, hate speech, or abusive language,on-platform or in person.
- No spam, scams, or misleading/fraudulent activity.
3.2. Profile & Communication
- Use only your real legal name and accurate personal/booking information.
- Do not impersonate, falsify, or share another's data.
- Keep conversations professional, clear, and free of solicitation or promotion.
4.1. Host-Specific
- List only spaces you legally control (ownership, valid lease, or society NOC).
- Provide truthful, detailed, and up-to-date information for each listing.
- Post clear photographs representing the actual space.
- Disclose all hazards, restrictions, and access rules.
- Remove or update unavailable/disqualified spaces promptly.
4.2. Seeker-Specific
- Only book storage or parking for personal or lawful business use.
- Provide accurate details about intended usage, stored goods, or vehicles.
- Do not sublet, share, or transfer the right of use without written Host/Platform consent.
- Adhere to all stated building, fire, electrical, and housing society rules.
- Follow Host's instructions on parking access, loading, and hours.
- Report suspicious, unsafe, or illegal behavior immediately to Stoorez support.
Strictly refrain from:
- Storage of prohibited/hazardous items
- Unauthorized modifications of premises
- Unsafe parking practices or abandonment of vehicles/goods
- Illegal Storage or Parking: No storing/parking of contraband, explosives, drugs, unregistered vehicles, or stolen goods.
- Harassment or Abuse: Zero tolerance for stalking, bullying, or offensive conduct in any form.
- Vandalism or Misuse: Damaging, altering, or soiling spaces, or tampering with security devices, gates, or CCTV.
- Fraud or Impersonation: Creating fake accounts, misreporting incidents, or using false documents.
- Unauthorized Use: Living/sleeping in a space or vehicle, running commercial/industrial operations, or soliciting cash transactions off-platform.
Do not list any property or space for storage/parking unless you have secured all required local permissions. Breach may result in permanent platform ban.
- Do not share, record, or post anyone else's personal information or images without consent.
- All CCTV or security footage must adhere to legal norms and be used only for safety and legal investigations.
- Platforms and users may not use user data for marketing or outreach unrelated to bookings.
- Adhere to all apartment, housing society, and municipal laws in the space's locality.
- Remain mindful of noise, traffic, and neighborhood etiquette.
- Seek requisite permissions for guest entry or bulky deliveries, and obey parking/usage signage.
- Report neighbor, community, or authority requests/complaints responsibly.
- Do not attempt to circumvent Stoorez booking or payment processes.
- All booking-related payments, extensions, and cancellations must occur through the platform.
- No solicitation of off-platform deals, cash, or external "top-up" payments.
- Follow all platform terms, updates, and policy changes as notified.
- Escalate genuine concerns promptly via platform channels,no public shaming, abuse, or defamation.
- Cooperate reasonably with Stoorez support during investigations and mediation.
- Provide evidence calmly and truthfully if involved in a dispute.
Violations may result in:
- Immediate booking cancellation (with or without refund)
- Temporary/permanent account suspension
- Removal of listing privileges
- Forfeiture of earned fees
- Referral to law enforcement or housing authorities
- Civil or criminal proceedings as per Indian law
Repeated, intentional, or egregious violations will lead to permanent blacklisting from the Stoorez platform.
Report misconduct, unsafe conditions, or any guideline breach immediately to:

- In-app complaint portal
All complaints are kept confidential and are addressed per the official Grievance Redressal Policy.
- These Guidelines may be updated periodically. Major changes will be communicated via platform announcements or email.
- Continued use of Stoorez implies acknowledgment and acceptance.
- Users are expected to check the latest version at www.stoorez.com
